FacilitiHub ("we", "us", or "our", accessible at facilitihub.com) respects the privacy of our business users and is committed to protecting your corporate and personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, processing, storage, and protection of information when you use our B2B manufacturing capacity sharing portal.

2 Information We Collect

• Authorized User Information: Name of corporate representative, designation, contact telephone number, official business email address, and encrypted password credentials.
• Corporate Verification Data: Company Legal Name, Registered Office Address, PIN Code, Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN), and corporate registration PDF documents uploaded during onboarding.
• Technical Machinery & Sourcing Specifications: Machine dimensions (X/Y/Z travel), operating tolerances, spindle speeds, materials worked, fabrication drawings, and production requirements.
• Payment & Billing Transaction Metadata: Unique payment reference IDs, PhonePe/Cashfree order identifiers, billing timestamps, gross/net invoice amounts, and GST computation logs. (Note: FacilitiHub never stores full credit/debit card numbers or bank credentials natively on our servers).

3 Identity Masking Shield & File Security

FacilitiHub incorporates an autonomous Contact Privacy Shield to safeguard user information:

• Direct contact details (phone numbers, corporate emails, GST numbers) are completely masked and hidden from public search engines and unauthorized guest visitors.
• Uploaded engineering blueprints (CAD drawings, PDF datasheets) are hosted inside secure, access-controlled cloud repositories and can only be unmasked by an authenticated user via an authorized Hub credit unlock transaction.

4 Payment Gateway Processing & Third Parties

To complete paid transactions for subscription plans and extra Hub credits, we share required transaction parameters with our authorized payment gateway partners (including PhonePe and Cashfree Payments) over encrypted TLS channels. These entities are certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant and regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your corporate information to external telemarketing agencies or data brokers.
