1 Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Service
Welcome to FacilitiHub (the "Platform", accessible at facilitihub.com). By registering an account, purchasing subscription services, listing industrial machinery capacity, or submitting component fabrication requirements, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
FacilitiHub operates strictly as an online Business-to-Business (B2B) marketplace connecting verified manufacturing machine shops, job shops, and industrial MSMEs having idle machine capacity ("Providers") with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), engineering developers, and component buyers seeking contract precision manufacturing ("Explorers").
2 Corporate Identity & Mandatory KYC Verification
To preserve network trust and eliminate commercial fraud, all participating accounts must complete corporate verification:
- Users must register with legitimate company information, including authorized corporate contact person details, official business email, and active telephone numbers.
- Users agree to provide valid statutory corporate credentials, including their 15-digit Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) and state registration documents for administrative KYC verification.
- Accounts providing fictitious or fraudulent registration credentials will be immediately suspended without refund.
3 Platform Mechanics & Hub Service Credits
The platform features an automated matching engine and privacy-shielded directory. The operational mechanics are defined as follows:
- Privacy Shield & Masked Profiles: To prevent unsolicited spam and poaching, all public search listings display masked identifiers (e.g. "Verified Provider #14 - Delhi NCR"). Technical specifications (bed size, tolerances, axis limits, materials) are fully transparent.
- Definition of "Hubs": "Hubs" represent internal platform service credits / units of service. Hubs are strictly digital platform utility credits used to publish machinery listings and unmask verified counterparty contact dossiers (1 Hub per unlock). Hubs are NOT legal tender, virtual currency, cryptocurrency, financial securities, or cash-convertible tokens.
- Free Onboarding Bonus: Newly verified accounts receive two (2) complimentary Hub service credits as a joining benefit to test the matchmaking capabilities.
4 Subscription Plans, Billing & Payment Processing
FacilitiHub offers three standard monthly subscription tiers and extra credit top-ups in Indian Rupees (INR):
Extra Hub credits can be purchased by users with an active running plan at ₹150 + 18% GST (₹177 gross) per Hub. Custom enterprise multi-plant packages are coordinated directly with our enterprise desk.
All financial payments and invoices are securely processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (including PhonePe and Cashfree Payments). FacilitiHub does not store raw credit card numbers or banking PINs on its servers.
5 Intellectual Property & CAD Blueprints
- Explorers retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all uploaded 2D/3D CAD models (STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF) and engineering blueprints.
- Blueprints remain strictly confidential and access-controlled, visible only to authorized Providers who explicitly unlock the negotiation dossier.
- Users agree not to upload blueprints or proprietary files that infringe upon the patent, copyright, or trade secrets of any third party.
6 Limitation of Liability & Governing Jurisdiction
FacilitiHub provides technology infrastructure and matchmaking algorithms to facilitate commercial introductions. FacilitiHub is not an equipment operator, manufacturing contractor, or party to independent fabrication purchase orders finalized between users. We are not liable for machining tolerance discrepancies, delivery delays, or commercial payment disputes between counterparties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
